THE JOHN J. SALE NO. 1 MARLIN FLAG is presented to the member non-charter boat for the first marlin of the season taken by an eligible junior or senior member. The boat may fly the flag for each marlin caught that year, but at the end of the season it must be returned to The Marlin Club to be used again in following years.
