Submit your Registration Form as follows: 1. Mail this form and your fees to: SWYC, 2702 Qualtrough St., San Diego, CA 92106, Attn: Dick Templin or 2. Your Representative brings this form and fees in person to SWYC, 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM on 4/28/07 or 3. Complete this form in person and pay fees on the day of the event at SWYC 5AM to 7AM in the Dining Area.
Registration Forms received prior to April 22, 2007 will qualify your boat for a special $100.00 Opportunity Drawing. Captain’s Goodie Bags will be given to the first 50 Boats registering for the tournament.

Entry fee per Adult will be $40.00. Juniors 16 and under will be $25.00.

includes Breakfast, Tournament Shirt, 1 Free Beer Ticket (must be 21), This year we will have prizes specifically for Men, Women, Juniors, and Sail Boats.
