RESULTS
 
ENTRY: 1) Each boat must have at least one fire dept. representative in crew.
               2) $50 per person includes:
                    • (1) ticket to awards barbeque / Raffle
                    • Tournament T-Shirt

OPTIONAL: $50 PER BOAT SIDE JACKPOT
                   • 1st & 2nd place payout
 
REGISTRATION: Complete and return registration form with your entry fee. All entries must be received by no later than 8:00 pm on Friday, May 14th. Mail your registration form to Ron Tinney at 2243 Frankfort Street, San Diego, CA 92110, or drop off at any Carlsbad Fire Station. Make checks payable to Carlsbad Firefighters Association. Early entry would be appreciated so that food and beverage plans can be confirmed.
RULES:  1) FISHING TIME Launch from any San Diego County Port or Harbor. Lines in no earlier than

2) WEIGH-IN TIME ALL FISH must be weighed in between 3:30 – 5:00 pm at
THE SAN DIEGO MARLIN CLUB, 2445 Shelter Island Drive, San Diego, CA 92106,to qualify for awards. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

3) TACKLE No restrictions on line test, but IGFA, CA DFG and Mexican regulations apply. Treble hooks will be allowed.

4) FISHING AREA The fishing area of the tournament shall be limited to those waters of the Pacific Ocean. There will be no boundaries.

5) ANGLERS ALL on board must be paid Tournament participants. Each boat MUST HAVE at least one representative of their respective Fire Department.
 
PRIZES: 1st Prize Fifty-percent of all net entry fees will be donated to the UCSD Burn Center on behalf of
the winner’s Fire Department, plus prize to be announced.
2nd Prize Twenty-five percent of all net entry fees will be donated to the UCSD Burn Center on
behalf of the winner’s Fire Department, plus prize to be announced
3rd Prize Prize to be announced
 

ON THE WATER RAFFLE!!


The remaining twenty-five percent of all net entry fees will be donated to
The UCSD Burn Center on behalf of Carlsbad Firefighters Association.
 

AWARDS & BARBEQUE                 Saturday, May 22nd 2004 at THE MARLIN CLUB following weigh-in.
                                                                BBQ starts at 4:30 pm with the great RAFFLE & AWARDS to follow.
                                                                Guest BBQ tickets = $5.00 per person
