The undersigned parties agree, for the opportunity to participate in the Marlin Club Spring Shootout on Saturday, May 15, 2004, release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify The San Diego Marlin Club, it’s officers, directors, employees, agents from all claims, demands and causes of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, all liability for property and personal injury damages of any kinds, nature, known or unknown, permanent otherwise, sustained by the undersigned as an entrant in the Spring Shootout Tournament.
